Roasted Tumeric Cauliflower

For a different twist on preparing cauliflower try this recipe. Tumeric has anti-inflammatory properties so use it liberally!

Toss a head of cauliflower with olive oil, tumeric, salt, pepper, parsley, and a bit of cayenne pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
